- Delivery is dedicated to Naples
- Delivery time is between 7-11pm. Pick Up is the evening of the last day of the rental agreement
- Price includes the Delivery, Set-up, Removal & Greeting Announcement Card
- Placement of signs is upon our discretion unless otherwise requested. Please let us know upon ordering if you
have a specific placement request.
- Movement of signs can be done with
a simple phone call. A delivery fee will be charged each time we come out to move the sign.
- Lawn care such as mowing or trimming should be done before the sign arrives in order to avoid damage.
- We reserve the right to charge a fee if our signs are damaged or stolen while on your property.
- We are not responsible for any harm done to any person or property while our sign(s)
are on your property.
- Payment
is due upon ordering. We accept Credit Card Payment through PayPal.
- Refunds are as follows: A Refund is ALLOWED on Cancellations when a we receive 48 Hrs. Notice . A
$25.00 fee will be charged for the keepsake at the time of Cancellation.
- NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED if we are not allowed entrance into a gated community, if there is a uncontained dog
on the property, if the homeowner disallows us to come onto their property, if we are notified to remove the lawn
greeting, if we are given the wrong address or name for the personalization. Or for any other reason that is out
the realm of our control.
- Weather conditions that are severe and
dangerous may delay our delivery. Weather permitting we will re-deliver within 2 days. If we are still not
able to deliver within 2 days due to severe weather then we will issue a refund.
